Leading With Style

Freedom for libraries and the people they serve can be achieved when strategic decisions are made by capable leaders. Join us for a discussion of the helpful and not so helpful traits of different leadership styles and how you can discover and form your own style. Hear from a panel of Florida library leaders about what has worked for them. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A and a hands-on group exercise to delve even deeper into leadership styles.
