Call for FLA Committee Members

Share Your Expertise with FLA – Join a Committee Today! 

FLA members are a wealth of expertise and energy!  The collective contribution of our members' knowledge and skills is the heart of what we do. Working together is how FLA fulfills our mission  of advocating strongly for libraries and providing high quality professional and leadership development. This is your opportunity to contribute to our efforts by responding to this Call for Committee Members.

As a committee member, you will be making a difference to our library community and giving back to other members. We hope you will also get value out of your service, making connections with other library leaders and learning about the issues that face us all.

FLA is recruiting committee members who:

  • Are enthusiastic to get involved and stay engaged throughout the committee term
  • Follow through on commitments
  • Participate in meetings
  • Promote FLA and its goals to improve the library profession
