“Information and Digital Literacy Resources for Library Staff” is a refresher webinar presenting useful resources for library staff needing to develop or update their information and digital literacy skills. Information and digital literacies are the responsibility of all library staff as both involve important skills necessary for library workers to provide excellent customer service to patrons. The webinar will include a review of reference resources for library workers and ideas for information and digital literacy competency development and assessment.
