Mary Beth is Assistant Director of Libraries at Pasco-Hernando State College, a role that encompasses many tasks related to student success. Prior to accepting this position, she was a Regional Branch Manager with Pasco County Libraries. Mary Beth is currently President of the TBLC Board of Directors and is a graduate of the Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute, Next Level Library Leadership Institute, and Leadership Pasco.

Janet Schalk

Janet Schalk is a librarian at Pasco-Hernando State College, Porter Campus. She earned her MLIS and MA in History both at the University of South Florida, and before that she studied History and Philosophy at Florida Gulf Coast University. She is currently a member of the FLA Professional Development committee and is a graduate of the Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute.

Jerdaine Sterling

Jerdaine Sterling currently serves as a Community Library Manager within the Broward County Libraries Division and has over 12 years of experience working in different capacities in both public and academic libraries. He is a member of FLA's Professional Development Committee and a graduate of the ALA's Leadership Institute. Jerdaine has done presentations at several workshops and conferences and has also published multiple scholarly articles in the areas of virtual reference services, library outreach, and smart libraries.
