This workshop will enable librarians to understand the power of bibliometrics and altmetrics to vividly tell the story of their research impact. Participants will gain insights into the diverse range of metrics available, learn how to interpret and leverage these metrics effectively to craft compelling narratives and to strengthen their promotion and tenure portfolios. Librarians participating in the workshop will be better equipped to ensure their contributions are discoverable, recognized, and valued within the academic community and beyond.
