Session Description 

Learn about the ways in which patrons in your community can begin producing video content for the web and the avenues to maximize their exposure. Covering hardware and software setups for any budget as well as methods for providing instruction, this will have you and your patrons producing content in no time!

Presenters 

Vinicius Araujo, Miami-Dade Public Library System
Vinicius Araujo is a Library Media Project Specialist with the Miami-Dade Public Library System’s YOUmedia Miami program. Vini supervises this special service which helps teens develop media production skills in areas including video production, audio engineering, graphic design, 3D modeling, and more. He previously worked as a videographer for the Miami Dolphins television show, Finsiders, and several Miami television stations.

Colin Creasy, Miami-Dade Public Library System
Colin Creasy has been the Library Media Project Specialist for Miami-Dade Public Library System's YOUmedia Miami program since 2015. He manages operations for this special service which helps teens develop media production skills in areas including video production, audio engineering, graphic design, 3D modeling, and more. He previously oversaw video production for online courses at Florida State University's Office of Distance Learning, and has also worked as an educator in both the United States and South Korea.
