Shazam! Marvel(ous) Training transforms College Student workers into Super Scholars

Student workers and volunteers staff libraries in every area of the profession. They are critical to maintain necessary functions and provide essential services to library communities within schools, colleges, universities, and public libraries. According to Maxey-Harris, Cross, and McFarland (2010), research has identified two considerations for staffing in libraries: to develop the profession and to diversify the workforce. We would like to add a third consideration: to provide opportunities to advance academic scholarship.
