The FLA Continuing Education Committee invites proposals for posters for exhibition during the FLA Annual Conferen ce in Orlando, FL. To learn more about the conference, please go to the con ference page found here.
< p>We encourage Poster Proposals to be related to the program theme "L eading Forward” chosen by our 2019-2020 FLA President Eric Head. For more information on the conference theme, please view Eric’s Presid ent’s Message.Posters offer a unique ave nue to share innovative services and ideas. Posters illustrate some of the many ways that Florida libraries are taking chances, trying new opportunit ies, and having fun.
We will accept poster proposals from Wednesday, November 6 through Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. Each presenter w ill have access to a poster display board and a table on which handouts and other materials can be placed. Access to electrical outlets might be sparc e so please plan accordingly.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIO N: December 13, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.
Review of su bmissions will begin immediately after the deadline. Acceptance emails will be sent out by mid-January 2020. All poster session presenters must be reg istered for the conference (either the full conference or for the day of th eir session). April 1, 2020 is the deadline for early registration, which o ffers a significant discount. Poster proposals submitted by vendors will n ot be considered.
