The Information Literacy Assessment & Advocacy Project (ILAAP) is an assessment tool designed to investigate the information literacy skills of first and second-year post-secondary students.

ILAAP has developed a validated assessment test bank for information literacy. It has a CC license and can be customized for local use. They can also provide free access to their online tool (WASSAIL) with technical and administrative support, for schools that want to participate.
