ANNOUNCEMENT: After careful consideration, the FLA board of directors has RESCHEDULED the 2020 Annual Conference to October 28-30, 2020.

We know there is still uncertainty and guidelines are changing daily, so we will still continue to monitor the situation and continue to provide updates as we have them.

We ask for your patience and understanding as the FLA staff and Conference Committee navigates what this change means. We want to make this transition as seamless as possible for you!


Breakout session presenters within the Florida library field, librarians/library staff, need to register for conference. If you are only able to attend your session, you will need to choose the Single-Day Pass option.

*REFUND AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY:  Any cancellation requests made related to COVID-19 will be honored and FLA will provide you a full refund. We chose to waive our cancellation fee because we know of the uncertainty about travel these days and ever-changing guidelines by health officials. Substitutions not related to COVID-19, made in writing via email, are welcome at any time. Requests for registration cancellations must be made in writing via email and submitted to [email protected] by October 5, 2020.  We know there is still uncertainty and guidelines are changing daily, so we will still continue to monitor the situation and continue to provide updates as we have them. Cancellations not related to COVID-19 received on or before October 5, 2020 will result in a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. No phone cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refunds given for cancellation requests submitted after October 5, 2020.  Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of your request.
